First time blue-light glasses user and I must say these do a phenominal job at keeping eye stress down. The frames are quality and I really like them. The only downside to a lot of glasses like this is that there is a mirrored reflection and you can see your eyeball reflecting off the glasses sometimes or lights off to the side that are behind you.
